Providers: corrections and right of reply

If you are a registered NDIS provider and you believe your score, your details, or anything else we publish about your business is wrong or out of date, please email us. Every score on this site is calculated from publicly available data, so records do change and errors do happen. We would rather fix a problem than leave a bad number sitting there.

When you write to us, please include your business name and ABN so we can find your record quickly. Tell us what you believe is incorrect and, where possible, point us to the public source that supports the correction. We review every request and respond.

Media and research

Journalists, researchers, and advocacy organisations are welcome to use the data on this site. If you need methodology detail, a specific dataset, or context for a story, email admin@refdat.com and we will help where we can. Our full scoring approach is documented on the methodology page.

Partnerships and feedback
