Scores are an opinion based on public data

Every score and band on this site is our independent assessment, built from publicly available data using a consistent, documented method. A score is an opinion drawn from facts on the public record. It is not an allegation of wrongdoing and it is not a finding of fact about any provider's conduct.

A low score does not mean a provider is dishonest, unsafe, or non-compliant. There are legitimate reasons a provider may score low, including being new, having a limited web presence, or having out-of-date public records. A high score is not a guarantee of quality. Not a government site

This is an independent project by RefDat. We are not the NDIS, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any other regulator, and we have no power to register, sanction, or deregister anyone. Accuracy and corrections

We take reasonable care to present data accurately, but we make no warranty that it is complete or free of error, and we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or decisions made based on this information. Public records change over time, and there can be a delay before those changes are reflected here.

Data sources

All underlying records are sourced from publicly available government registers under Australian open data policy, including the NDIS Provider Register, the Australian Business Register, and the NDIS Commission's published compliance actions. Scores are updated regularly as new data becomes available.
